As the founder and talent manager of Genesis Talent Partners, Austin brings a wealth of experience from the world of film production and media, having honed their skills with an MFA in Creative Film Producing from Columbia University and an MS in Media Management at Fordham University Gabelli School of Business in New York City.

With a passion for scouting emerging talent and building meaningful relationships, Austin established GTP to go beyond simply placing actors in roles; he is dedicated to investing in careers and guiding clients towards lasting success in the industry.
